• Bajra,Soya,Chickpeas,Wheat,Red rice,Ragi,Pista,Barley,Corn,Sorghum,Green gram,Cardamom,Cashew nuts,Groundnut,Almonds,Dry Ginger

Cooking Instructions:

• Take 3 Tbso of Grainva Health Mix & stir with 1 1/4 cups of water or milk, so lumps are formed.
• Place on stove and bring to boil, stirring continuously for 3 minutes to avoid lumps.
