Cancellation & Returns Policy
- If you happen to receive a damaged product, we will either refund the money or replace the product, depending on your preference. You can raise a returns and replacement query by sending an email to admin@grainvafoods.com on the day of delivery. Be sure to attach an image of the item received so we can evaluate its condition.
- Products acknowledged as damaged will be reverse picked by us. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly.
- To cancel your order, send us an email to info@originnutrition.in with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.
- Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment center.

Orders are typically processed in 1-2 days, Monday to Friday, except on public holidays. During holidays and promotions, processing times may vary. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
It is possible to change your order if it has not left our fulfillment centre. We cannot make any changes once the product has been shipped.
We deliver to all cities across India. Should there be a rare situation in which we are unable to deliver to your location, we will get in touch with you.
